You log in to your mini website and change it yourself. The card keeps working exactly as before — it points to your web address, not to fixed text. That is what makes it a card for life.
Your first year is free. After that it is £20 per year, which covers hosting your mini website and your yourname.businesscontact.uk address. There is nothing else to pay.
